Yuhuu! Okay, those are 2 character in anime Azumanga Daioh, Had you watched it? the black hair is Kasuga Ayumu and the brown hair is Mihama Chiyo. Aren't they cute?

Dejiko
Dejiko is dressed up as a catgirl. In the prequel, Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat she appears to be young and she is ten years old when she comes to Earth with hopes of becoming an idol singer. She has green eyes and green hair and her maid-like uniform consists of a white and navy blue dress with big cat bells tied to her hair with navy blue ribbons. On the very top of her head are her cat ears, which are white with pink inside and have a set of large, non-functional yellow cat eyes. She always wears white gloves and boots (with the exception of her sleeping outfit) and she has a white tail. She is consistently seen in this costume in her various series with the exception of Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat where she wears a different costume in her super deformed character design in that series.

It's the info that I had been copied in geocities :Shinchan is the main characters in the anime "Crayon Shinchan." Shinchan is a small kindergarden-aged boy with Chuck Manson eyebrows and a very distinctive voice that will burn itself deep into your brain. He has very strange interests compare to the other normal kids. He like to check out beautiful girls, make his mother angry, playing stupid games imitating that superman, beg his mother to buy toys, and reading books without buying them at the bookstore (the bookstore is like a library to him).
